• What is the age recommendation?

    This performance is suitable for a general audience. As it is a full-length theatrical performance and is recommended for ages 5 and up.

  • What is the running time of the show?

    Approximately 2 hours including a 20-minute interval.

  • What is the late-comers policy?

    Patrons arriving late may not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance which may not be until the first interval. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

  • Are there any production warnings to be aware of?

    Please note this production contains theatrical smoke, fog effects, strobe lighting, loud music, pyrotechnics and magic.

  • Can I take photos or film any part of the production?

    Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.

    How do I connect:

    You’ll be given instructions on arrival at the venue directing you to connect to our Wi-Fi network, scan the prominently displayed QR code and follow the prompts.

    Do I have to be connected to the internet:

    No, you’ll connect to our METAVERSE OF MAGIC Wi-Fi network and your online quest is contained within our secure portal.

    What devices can be used:

    Wi-Fi enabled mobile phones. Please come with your phone fully charged.

    Do I need to participate:

    Your level of participation is completely in your hands, it’s not compulsory and you can still enjoy the performance without any interactive participation if you chose.

    What do I do if I can’t connect:

    Reach out to one of the Front of House team and they’ll be able to assist.

    Do I need to interact on a device to enjoy the show:

    No you don’t! Participating via your phone is optional and the performance can be enjoyed without a device.
